No Show and Late Cancellations .
An appointment is a commitment, not a suggestion. While we understand “Life Happens”, proper planning and communication is key. Being late or not showing up not only wastes a barbers time and affects their income, it also disrespects other patrons and their schedules.
You may cancel or reschedule up to six hours ahead of your appointment time, a mere quarter of a day. If you must cancel within the 6 hour window we require notification. If we are contacted the “No Show’” fee will be reduced by 50% to a “Cancellation fee”.
There is a 10 minute grace period after the scheduled appointment time, then the appointment will be marked as a “No Show”.
If an appointment is “No Showed” and there is a card on file, that card will be charged for the missed services. If no card is on file the total will be invoiced for the missed appointment. If invoiced and not payed within five days the individual will be “Blacklisted”. This means the individual will no longer be permitted to schedule any future services and risk wasting the barbers time, or other patrons time further.
Emergency situations will be given consideration at the barbers discretion.
